Removing the Real Time Clock Battery

CAUTION: Removing the RTC battery clears the power-on password and removes

all setup attributes that are programmed in the CMOS.

To remove the RTC battery, complete the following steps:

1. Prepare the Notebook for disassembly (pg 11
